Khajiit

It's a Khajiit! In jester clothes! Specifically, it's me as a Khajiit. 'Cause I'm a dweeb, and I like cats. I also greatly enjoy Cicero, and as such, the jester's outfit it is! (Though admittedly the female one is... kinda weird? Prefer the male one, but it's also more finicky to draw.)
